For over a century, this site has served Kansas City. It started as the National Cloak and Suit Company — where two thousand seamstresses crafted made-to-order clothing for families across the Midwest. During World War II, it became the Kansas City Quartermaster Depot, supplying soldiers with everything they needed to survive. And for decades after, it served as federal offices.
In every chapter, this building has been about provision — skilled hands making sure people had what they needed. That story continues.
Now, the next chapter begins. A 22-acre campus where you can live, work, learn, and gather — all within a five-minute walk of your front door.
The most sustainable building is the one already built.
